🛠️ When We Offer Replacements or Exchanges

You are eligible for a replacement or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged in transit.


  • You received a wrong item or your order was incomplete.


  • There is a genuine manufacturing defect that affects usability.


If any of the above applies, kindly:

  1. Save our WhatsApp Business number from the website.


  2. Message us with:


    • Your Order ID


    • Photos/Videos showing the issue


    • A short explanation of the problem


Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you on the next steps.

📦 Exceptional Return Cases (With Proof)

We do not offer returns by default. However, in rare and justified scenarios, a return may be approved at our discretion if:

  • Clear, valid photo/video proof is provided.


  • A formal request is submitted within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp.


  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and safely packed.


  • The item passes a quality check upon return.


🛑 Note: There is no automated return option on the website. Every return case is reviewed manually with care and fairness.

🧾 Clearance Sale & Discounted Products

All items purchased during Clearance Sales, Festive Offers, or Special Promotions are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

These are limited treasures curated for value and affordability. Once sold, they’re yours to keep and cherish. 🧡

📹 Missing Items Policy

Your trust means the world to us, and so does transparency.

In the rare event that something is missing from your package:

  • Please record an uncut, clearly visible unboxing video, from the moment the parcel is sealed to when it is completely unpacked.


  • This video is crucial for us to investigate and take action.


  • Email us at support@tavasyya.com or message us on WhatsApp with the footage and your Order ID.


We’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

We get it, sometimes, plans change. We allow cancellations only before an order has been packed and dispatched.

📩 To request a cancellation:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp Business or email at support@tavasyya.com.


  • Our team will check your order status and confirm if cancellation is still possible.


Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it under any circumstances due to tight dispatch timelines.

Tip: If you’ve changed your mind, reach out quickly, preferably within a few hours of placing your order.

🔁 Refund Options (Only if Return Is Approved)

If a return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refund to original payment method – INR 100 will be deducted as processing & handling fee.

  • Bank Transfer – You may share your account details securely via WhatsApp. INR 100 deduction applies for bank processing.

  • Refund Timeline – Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date we receive the returned product.

💡 We may waive off refund deductions in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item sent.

🛑 What Does NOT Qualify for Return or Replacement?

We do not accept return or exchange requests for:

  • Minor color, size, or texture differences due to handcrafting.


  • Slight unevenness in glaze or print patterns.


  • Discoloration due to natural oxidation or wear over time.


  • Customer errors in placing an order (wrong item, size, or address).


These are considered part of the charm of handmade artistry.
