Shipping and Delivery

At Tavasyya, we’re committed to delivering your favorite pieces, whether it’s handcrafted home décor, functional kitchenware, or modern gadgets, safely and on time. Every product is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, just as we intended.

SECTION 1: Shipping Policy

🗺️ A. Serviceable Locations

Tavasyya currently ships across India only. We do not support international deliveries at the moment. However, we’re actively working toward expanding our operations globally. International shipping will be introduced soon, so stay tuned to our website and social media platforms for updates.

🚚 B. Shipping Charges

We are proud to offer free shipping on all domestic orders. There are no hidden fees or shipping charges, what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

🕐 C. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays).
 Please note:

  • During peak seasons, major sales, or collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.


  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.

⏱️ D. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery window is:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days


  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days


  • Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier partner schedules, regional limitations, or unforeseen logistical issues.

📦 E. Courier Partners

We ship through reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders. However, certain circumstances may cause delays, including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information


  • Weather disruptions or natural calamities


  • Courier service delays beyond our control


  • Remote location delivery challenges


While we make every effort to minimize delays, Tavasyya shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our direct control.

🔍 F. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and ID via email or SMS.
You may also track your order through your Tavasyya account dashboard (if registered), or by reaching out to our Support team with your Order ID.

🚫 G. Undelivered Orders

In case your shipment is marked undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address


  • Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery


  • Refusal to accept the order


…the package may be returned to our warehouse. If that happens:

  • We’ll contact you to arrange a reattempt


  • A reshipping fee may be charged, depending on the situation


Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate while placing the order to avoid such issues.

SECTION 2: Additional Delivery & Support Information

📦 Packaging Requests

  • Post-dispatch packaging change requests may incur an extra shipping fee.


  • We offer handwritten gift notes (up to 30 words) for free. Longer messages will be printed neatly.


📝 Order Modifications

  • Product modifications (add/remove items) can be requested before your order is shipped.


  • Once an order is in the dispatch phase, no further changes can be made.


  • Please contact support@tavasyya.com or reach out on WhatsApp Business promptly for any edits.


🏠 Address Changes

  • Address updates are allowed only within 12 hours of placing your order.


  • Requests made after this window may be subject to a fee of ₹100 to reprocess shipment details.


Same-Day Delivery (Selective Cities Only)

For select pin codes (especially in Delhi NCR), we may offer express same-day or next-day delivery via services like Dunzo, Porter, Rapido, Uber or Swiggy Genie.
 This depends on:

  • Product availability


  • Order timing


  • Courier partner support
